Davenport Group Consulting provides advisory services to a wide array of industries and asset types. These services include Business Start-up, Corporate Structuring, IT Infrastructure, Accounting Service, Hospitality, and Insurance.
RECEIVERSHIP
A court-appointed receiver is appointed to protect property or assets. a receiver is a neutral third party custodian for the property or asset who is granted certain specific powers by the court. A receiver must act for the benefit of all parties and is often referred to as a fiduciary of the court. Our team has collectively worked actively on hundreds of receivership cases in numerous locations across the country.
